How to buy tickets

Open the event page, choose your tickets (or your seats on the seating plan) and press “reserve”. Your tickets are held for 10 minutes.

Enter your name and e-mail address, then pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (other methods such as PayPal depend on the organiser). You do not need an account.

Right after payment you receive an e-mail with a link to your tickets. The checkout and the e-mails are in German; your ticket itself can be shown on your phone.

Using and finding your tickets

Show the QR code on your phone at the entrance. You can also save the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or print it.

Lost the e-mail? Open “My tickets” (e-mail link, no password) or use “Find my order” with your order code (TP-…) and the e-mail address you used.

Cancellations and refunds

If an event is cancelled, you automatically get 100 % of the ticket price back to your original payment method.

Tickets for a dated leisure event are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under German law (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). Whether you can cancel yourself before the event depends on the organiser and is shown on the event page.

Accessibility

Many events show wheelchair spaces and venue accessibility information on the event page. People with a severe-disability card (mark “B”) can book a free companion ticket where the organiser offers it.
